Why You Should Send Your Children To Christian Schools In Jacksonville

By Mary Carter

Parents who see the need to send their children to school are doing well. However, it is important to consider the quality of education your child needs when planning to do this. As a Christian, that is one who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ and the word of God which is the Bible, you are obliged to take your children to Christian schools in Jacksonville for obvious reasons.

Taking your child to a Christian school should be considered a necessity rather than a choice because God wants the children to know him first before any other thing. At home, you may only have the time to teach them the word of God in the morning devotions but it is also good for them to hear it again later in the day. This is obviously not possible when you are at work.

Parents whose Christian values differ from their children's may not have done a good job in their education. If they did send their children to a school where Christianity is the hallmark of their education, there would be less rancor when they present their values and beliefs to their children after their education.

The level of moral instruction children in Christian schools get is second to none. This is because they don't just learn what the government wants the citizens to do but they learn how to behave in a Christlike manner which is a better form of discipline one can have. They learn important virtues with examples from characters in the Bible.

Priests whose children are ripe for school should not fail to take them to a Christian school. If they do not do this, they would be giving Satan an opportunity to succeed in his evil plans. The devil knows that if he cannot get a priest or a pastor, he can distract them from the ministry by giving the children some wrong ideas.

Letting him know God's ways early is the best way to guide him to become a priest if any of you has an interest in that. It would be difficult for him to cope with the challenges of the faith if, after several years of wandering away, your child now comes back to his senses. Apart from being directly involved in God's word, your child can also joyfully and effectively help the missionaries and all those who work in His Vineyard.

There is no better way to remind your child that every other activity on earth apart from obeying God is secondary. Although the school may have other subjects in its curriculum, the children are taught in such a way that they attempt to link their studies with their Christian life. If you succeed in this, you would be making them realize that there is nothing more important than God.

Since your children spend most of their time away from you, it is necessary to keep them in an environment that looks like your home. Many schools today are owned by atheists so they hardly use the Bible in their assembly. Sending your children to where these atheists own is dangerous because, after some years, they may even find it difficult to pray.
