Four seasons is present each year. These seasons include fall, summer, spring, and winter which is most cold of the four. Different plants are grown in these seasons where each season support a particular crop growth. The primary objective of having plants in the garden is to make it look beautiful and to have food. To get the best result, the gardener must practice the best planting tips and obey the seasons. To have knowledge about faring one must mine information from seasonal gardening tips where the guidelines are outlined clearly.

The advantage of following these set guidelines is that the farmer can determine the area climate. The weather will dictate the crop to be planted. Some crops will do well in cold seasons for instance cabbage and others in summer they will give a high yield.

One also understands the period to expose each plant to light. The reason for gardening is to have harvest after the hard work. The yield can be affected by the time the plant is exposed to light. Light is used by plants to make their nutrients and hence is needed for proper plant growth. Some plants need full-time exposure to light while others need light partially. When one has the knowledge, they can be able to plant their plants accordingly.

When one goes through the instructions, they can determine the season that the area has. There are clear outlines given in the different seasons, and one can determine the seasons depending on the characteristics provided. The sectors that have short season one should plant those plants that do well in that season. The long season areas have the plants that do well in a season.

The importance of space of respected when one goes through the points. During the garden construction, a path must be left behind to allow one to be able to move around the backyard freely during weeding and watering. The plants that require large space must be planted to great yards of land. There are those plants that can do well in small areas and they can be panted in a kitchen garden.

The gardener gains knowledge of the alternative methods of getting rid of weeds. In extensive gardens and farms, most people use chemicals which get rid of weeds. These chemicals are a good hazard to the plant, good microbes, and also affect the user on the long run. The farmer gains knowledge on alternative methods, for instance, using organic mulch to keep the weeds off and maintain the garden fertile.

The farmer gets the knowledge on maintaining the plants in right conditions. The long weak stems are covered with soil to support them or fasten them to avoid breakage. In this way, the plants give the required yields.

Fields are at times affected by pests and diseases. These cause loss of yields. The infectious diseases and insects can spread through the farm. To get rid of them one can spray the land with the appropriate insecticide to destroy the dangerous insects. The plants affected by the disease can be the source of illness in a farm and hence must be uprooted and destroyed.
