The Role Of Accelerated Learning

Different students learn differently. Students in the same classrooms will perform differently because method used during teaching is not favorable to everyone. To solve some of challenges associated with traditional teaching method, a new technique called Accelerated learning (AL) has been introduced. This technique does not only enhance speed, but also boost understanding of students. It aims at saving time, money and at the same time boosting understanding effectiveness of the concerned.

AL unlocks learning potential, which is left untapped by normal learning techniques. During AL whole person is involved through; physical activity, images, music, creativity and color. It ensures that people learn using technique that they think is best for them. For this technique to be effective there are specific requirements that must be there. Some of these requirements are discussed below.

AL will definitely boost understanding of learners as long as it is performed in nice surroundings. An excellent environment for this technique is one that is relaxed and stimulating. Such kind of surroundings promotes sense of awareness, interest, safety and enjoyment. Such environment make learners feel free and not to be afraid. With such type of environment, learners learn excellently because they find it easy to participate.

Tradition method promotes isolated and competitive learning. People who are not favored by such circumstances are disadvantaged. On the other hand, AL promotes socialization and also collaboration. This is excellent because it produces individuals, who are capable of dealing with most challenges experienced in different areas. Many styles are used during AL to ensure every individual benefits excellently. AL does not condone competition but intends to produce all rounded students.

Many skills and also facts are taught in classrooms using normal methods. However, only few skills are absorbed. The rests evaporates after a short time. This crystal clearly shows there is need of adopting AL, which pays handsomely. Using this new technique, continual learning is enhanced through evaluation, reflection, immersion and feedback. Facts acquired through AL rarely evaporate because they become part and parcel of learner. Organizations, which have adopted this new method, are performing excellently.

Receptors, senses and emotions are involved during this technique. Learner is trained to create knowledge and integrate it in his or her structure. Feelings of an individual tends have an impact on his or her understanding. AL creates positive feelings within learners with intention of promoting their understanding.In the course of AL, teachers train students how to apply knowledge learnt in real life. Furthermore, students are trained to internalize information learnt and how they can utilize it for the good of their life. Learners are shown how to adopt a learner mindset so that every situation they come across offers valuable experience.

AL promotes inclusiveness. It is not intended to benefit a particular group of people. People of different ages and from all walks of life can use it method to acquire beneficial concepts and skills. Skills learnt thorough AL help workers, managers and organizers improve their performance. Students acquire essential principles, which they employ in their workplace.

AL does not condone isolated and competitive learning. It models students who comprehend importance of teamwork. Learners work in groups making it possible for them to come up with most appropriate techniques of solving issues that are problematic. Students acquire socialization skills and grow to become confident individuals.
